Tommaso

is an artist, art director, and artisan. When not working in the world of advertising, Tommaso loves spending time with his amazing family, cooking, and working in his studio. He started Tommasomade in 2013 as a way to share his meticulously handcrafted, functional objects for the home with family and friends.

PRODUCT CARE

Hand wash your Tommasomade objects lightly with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly, and put away. Do not soak your piece in water and do not put in the dishwasher. Occasionally rub with Tommasomade board paste or food-safe mineral oil to keep your pieces looking their best. To sanitize, you can wash with a 1:5 mix of vinegar and water.

RETURN POLICY

Tommasomade wants you to be completely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship in every piece. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and promptly notify us of any damage; we will work to either fix or replace the item to your satisfaction. If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your unused purchase for a refund of the merchandise value or an even exchange. Shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded. We cannot accept returns on custom-order items, used items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear. However, we will always be happy to restore a heavily used piece to its best possible state for a nominal charge. All returns must have a Return Authorization number in order to receive a refund, exchange, or repair. Please send an email to TL@tommasomade.com for an RA# before sending back the product.

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND RATES

Tommasomade offers free shipping on orders over $15, usually via USPS Priority Mail. We can also ship via UPS and FedEx upon request, although those may incur an additional cost, which can be billed separately. Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Tommasomade does not currently ship furniture items, but will deliver them in the Chicago area.
